How to do it

    Grip the sled uprights at hip height, arms fully extended.

    Lean your body forward at roughly 45 degrees — the more forward, the more power.
  3. 3
    Drive through the balls of your feet with short, powerful strides.
  4. 4
    Keep your hips low and your core rigid — don't let your hips rise.
  5. 5
    Breathe rhythmically; don't hold your breath through the push.

About this movement
