How to do it
- 1Grip the sled uprights at hip height, arms fully extended.
- 2Lean your body forward at roughly 45 degrees — the more forward, the more power.
- 3Drive through the balls of your feet with short, powerful strides.
- 4Keep your hips low and your core rigid — don't let your hips rise.
- 5Breathe rhythmically; don't hold your breath through the push.
About this movement
