Delete your account

You can delete your HYROX AI account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore an account once it is gone.

From the app — fastest

  1. Open HYROX AI and go to your profile.
  2. Tap the settings icon, then scroll to Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

No longer have the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. We action requests within 30 days.

Request deletion by email

Send it from your account email address so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, username and avatar
  • Every workout and race you logged
  • Whiteboard and training photos
  • Comments, likes, follows and direct messages
  • Club reviews and event RSVPs
  • Your login and push notification token

What may remain briefly

Copies can persist in encrypted backups and in our providers' logs for a short period until those expire automatically. They are not used for anything.
