Welcome to HYROX AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. THE SERVICE
HYROX AI lets you log workouts (including by photographing gym whiteboards), share them with other athletes, follow other users, and discover clubs and exercises. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data.
3. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of the content you post (workouts, photos, comments, profile information). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.
4. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to: nudity or sexually explicit material, hate speech, harassment or bullying, violence or threats, spam, and content that infringes the rights of others. You can report any workout, comment, or user from the app (tap the ••• menu). You can block any user; their content will no longer be shown to you. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates these terms. Users who violate these terms may have content removed and accounts suspended or terminated.
5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
HYROX AI provides fitness logging and estimates (calories, load, recovery) for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training program. Train at your own risk.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no automated scraping, no interference with the service's operation.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
