How to do it
- 1Stand facing the machine, grab both handles above your head.
- 2Drive the handles down in a sweeping arc, bending at the hips and knees simultaneously.
- 3Pull through until your hands reach your hips, fully extending the pull.
- 4Return the handles upward with control — don't let them snap back.
- 5Keep your core braced throughout and avoid rounding the lower back.
