How to do it
- 1Stand tall, then drop to a push-up position by placing hands on the ground.
- 2Perform a push-up (chest to floor for full range).
- 3Jump your feet toward your hands, landing in a deep squat position.
- 4Explode upward and forward with both feet, swinging arms for momentum.
- 5Land softly with bent knees and immediately begin the next rep.
