How to do it

    Stand tall, then drop to a push-up position by placing hands on the ground.

    Perform a push-up (chest to floor for full range).

    Jump your feet toward your hands, landing in a deep squat position.

    Explode upward and forward with both feet, swinging arms for momentum.
  5. 5
    Land softly with bent knees and immediately begin the next rep.
