Ring Row
Scalable Horizontal PullWHAT IS IT
The Ring Row is the horizontal pull that scales to any level by changing body angle. It builds the pulling strength behind the sled pull and is the standard substitute when pull-ups are out of reach.
HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY
- 1Hang from rings with straight arms and the body in a straight line.
- 2Walk the feet forward to lower the angle and make it harder.
- 3Squeeze the shoulder blades together before the arms bend.
- 4Pull until the rings reach the ribs, keeping the hips locked out.
- 5Lower under control to full arm extension between reps.
