How to do it
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Drop your hands to the floor and jump your feet back into a push-up position.
- 3Perform a push-up — chest touches the ground for full range.
- 4Jump your feet back toward your hands into a squat position.
- 5Explode upward into a jump, clapping hands overhead at the top.
