Plank
Core StabilityWHAT IS IT
The Plank holds a straight line from head to heels on the forearms. It builds the trunk stiffness that keeps your posture together on the sled, the lunges and the last kilometre.
HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY
- 1Place your forearms on the floor, elbows under the shoulders.
- 2Step the feet back until the body forms a straight line.
- 3Squeeze the glutes and brace the stomach as if about to be punched.
- 4Keep the hips level: no sagging, no piking.
- 5Breathe steadily and hold for the prescribed time.
