How to do it
- 1Start standing with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- 2Drop into a burpee, lowering your chest between the dumbbells.
- 3Push back up and jump or step your feet toward your hands.
- 4In one fluid motion, swing both dumbbells between your legs and drive them overhead.
- 5Lock out overhead with a braced core, then lower under control and repeat.
