How to do it
- 1Stand facing the box at about arm's length away.
- 2Load into a quarter squat, swinging arms back.
- 3Explode upward, driving arms forward and pulling your knees up.
- 4Land softly on top of the box with both feet, absorbing the impact with bent knees.
- 5Stand tall at the top, then step (or jump) down safely — never drop off the front.
