XENOM, the Decathlon of Fitness, arrives in Spain: ten standardised events over two days that test strength, engine and gymnastics — a 1RM snatch, wall walks and rope climbs, a 60-second max-cal Echo Bike, barbell cycling, a 2K Echo Ski + 3K run, a toes-to-bar / dumbbell hang snatch / muscle-up sprint, a 5RM Rhino pull, a burpee, Ski and Bike chipper, a heavy clean ladder, and HSPU, chest-to-bar and dumbbell lunges. Every event is worth up to 1,000 points, and your total becomes your Elite Performance Index, ranked on a global leaderboard. Four divisions. Not ready for all ten? Try a Day Pass or XENOM 005K, a single-event entry with its own leaderboard.
