About the race
HybridX is Sweden's new hybrid competition: eight stations that mix strength and endurance — RowErg 1,500 m, deadlifts, reverse lunges, SkiErg 1,500 m, seated strict shoulder press, HybridX burpees, BikeErg 5 km and a 2.5 km run on a curved treadmill. Race solo or in doubles, Open or Pro, with age groups from 35 to 60+. The ticket includes your start time, chip timing, a finisher t-shirt and entry to the athlete expo. Venue to be announced. Registration isn't open yet: leave your email on the HybridX page to hear when it opens.
