About the race
DEKA is Spartan's decathlon of functional fitness: ten DEKA Zones that mix strength, power and conditioning, raced in three formats. DEKA FIT puts 500 m of running before each zone (5 km in total), DEKA MILE adds 160 m before each (one mile in total) and DEKA STRONG is the ten zones with no running at all. This weekend: DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE and DEKA STRONG, plus FIT and MILE teams. Entry from €40.
