About the race
DEKA is Spartan's decathlon of functional fitness: ten DEKA Zones that mix strength, power and conditioning, raced in three formats. DEKA FIT puts 500 m of running before each zone (5 km in total), DEKA MILE adds 160 m before each (one mile in total) and DEKA STRONG is the ten zones with no running at all. The autumn edition: DEKA FIT (Elite and Age Group) and DEKA MILE, solo or in teams. Entry from €50.
