Gorilla Row

Back & Core

The Gorilla Row is a double kettlebell row performed in a bent-over position. It combines rowing strength with anti-rotation core stability, as you hold one bell while rowing the other.

How to

  1. Place two kettlebells between your feet, hip-width apart.
  2. Hinge at the hips to a roughly 45-degree torso angle, grab both bells.
  3. Row one bell to your hip while the other stays on the ground for balance.
  4. Lower it with control, then row the other side.
  5. Keep your back flat and core braced — don't twist or rotate.
