Gorilla Row
Back & Core
The Gorilla Row is a double kettlebell row performed in a bent-over position. It combines rowing strength with anti-rotation core stability, as you hold one bell while rowing the other.
How to
- Place two kettlebells between your feet, hip-width apart.
- Hinge at the hips to a roughly 45-degree torso angle, grab both bells.
- Row one bell to your hip while the other stays on the ground for balance.
- Lower it with control, then row the other side.
- Keep your back flat and core braced — don't twist or rotate.
