Burpee Broad Jump

Full Body Explosive

One of the most metabolically demanding HYROX stations. Each rep combines a burpee with a forward broad jump, demanding explosive power, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously.

How to

  1. Stand tall, then drop to a push-up position by placing hands on the ground.
  2. Perform a push-up (chest to floor for full range).
  3. Jump your feet toward your hands, landing in a deep squat position.
  4. Explode upward and forward with both feet, swinging arms for momentum.
  5. Land softly with bent knees and immediately begin the next rep.
